PAYMENTS & PRICING

All Prices will be shared by our Team during the consultation only. 
Subscription and Equipment charges are separate.

WARRANTY & SUPPORT

All our products come with standard warranty from the manufacturer. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not physical or water damage.
Post warranty services will be charged accordingly.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Orders once confirmed are subject to cancellation within 24 hours only, unless stated otherwise.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval from our team.
Used equipment or service are non-refundable.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Ratrisuraksha is NOT LIABLE for any misuse of installed equipment, Technical interruptions due to internet failure or third-party services, Damage caused due to mishandling

GOVERNING LAW

The Terms & Conditions mentioned are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising further are subject to the Jurisdication of Ghaziabad Court.
